Analysis On Economic Diplomacy Of Brazil From 1990

With the end of cold war, the process of economic globalization and integration of regional economy is becoming faster and faster from 1990, simultaneously, the trend of world multi-polarization is obvious, each country has already begun to grasp opportunities and promoted development. As one of the great powers of developing countries of the Third World, Brazil is very active.From 1990, each session of Brazilian government has fully been getting the best of international and internal factors under the promotion of the dream of great power and modernization. Brazil has actively been regulating internal and external policies, carrying out the plan of REAL, at the same time, Brazil has been trying to grasp every chance to promote economic diplomacy, get diplomacy to support economy, get economy to support diplomacy. In the process of deepening the economic and diplomatic relationship between Brazil and the developed countries, Brazil has started to pay more attention to the developing countries, in the meantime, Brazil has still been promoting the economic and diplomatic relationship between Brazil and the great powers, promoting the economic integration of Latin America, absorbing foreign direct investment, extending bilateral and multilateral trade, and strengthening the relationship between Brazil and international financial field, etc.Through the hardworking for 18 years, Brazilian economic diplomacy has great effect and influence home and abroad: firstly, promoting the transition of structure of international politics and economy; secondly, having great effect and influence on the politic and economic development of Brazil and Latin America; thirdly, having great effect and influence on the emergence of China relationship between China and Brazil.Promotion of Brazilian economic diplomacy has been getting economic development of the developing countries, enriching diplomatic theory of the developing countries, and providing experience and lessons for the developing countries. The writer think that China must learn advanced experience of Brazilian economic diplomacy from three aspects: sticking to the diplomacy serves to economic construction, establishing new diplomatic forms of the integration of the great power-multilateral-sustainable development, and ensuring Chinese corporations extend international market. Simultaneously, China should try its best to draw the lessons of Brazilian economic diplomacy.
