The brand is what identifies the business to consumers. It resides in the hearts and minds of the customers and prospects as the sum total of their experiences with and perceptions of the company. Good branding results in loyal customers, and existing customer relationships are the key to profitability. So it's no wonder that branding is a major marketing goal.With the development of the reform, many State Enterprise have been in reformation, but there are many problem in the reformation.Especially about the management of the brand, it becomes more and more important for any enterprise reformed if these enterprises want to get the profit to survive.Shenzhen Tianzhong Plastics Co.,Ltd is the Core business of the Shenzhen Petrochemical Industr (Group) Co.,Lt (short: SPEC). It had been reformed because of the management of SPEC and at the same time there are the problem of the management of the brand after the reformation.In the thesis, it begin with brand problem and brand management to make brand diagnosis and brand repositioning so that the company can been built up the system of the management of the brand to perfect the problem of the management of the brand. At the end of the thesis, it is the maintaining brand and the brand asset evaluation that it has never been introduced to the company.
