The rapid development of China's automobile industry,the attendant used-car transactions are increasingly popular.However,compared with foreign developed countries,China's second-hand car market is in the initial stage,In the development of the second-hand car market,there are some problems still exist in the second-hand car market restricting further development,such as:assessment system is not perfect, buyers and sellers of information asymmetry,credibility crisis.These problems lead to customer transactions on the fai mess of the doubt,and will not give full trust to the second-hand car operators,will not maintain good and long-term relations with the second-hand car business institutions Resulted in the second-hand automobile market in China market,the relations between customers and the second-hand car Operators are in the low level of relationship quality.This has brought about the further effects the second-hand car market development which is at the initial stage.In terms of perceived justice theory,this paper explores the effect of relationship quality on perceived justice and behavioral Intention through the sales of second-hand car,to help second-hand car operators understand customer perceived justice response In reviewing this study literature at home and abroad,build a model between relationship quality perceived fair and behavioral intention,use empirical methods to validate the model.The results of data analysis find that relationship quality is one of important reconditions which significantly influence customer perceived justice,relationship quality directly and significantly influence customer behavioral intention; interactional justice and distributive justice directly and significantly affect customer behavioral intention,and the influence of distributive justice is bigger than the influence of interactional justice.As the result of the research,we put forward some advice as follows:1,It is utmost important to provide best service for second-hand car Operators in the purpose of permanent management and continuous development.2,The second-hand car Operators can not only care about customer interactional justice and procedural justice,they should synthetically measure customer distributive justice.3,The second-hand car Operators must change former marketing strategies, which are only focused on short-term profits They should seek new marketing from acquiring customer perceived justice.
