The adolescent, as a special group, has developed into a new force in the thriving domestic tourism. But, there is hardly any special tour products aiming at this market. Out Bound tourism is a newly developed special tour form, which combines travelling with Out Bound , so that it not only avoids the exhaustion in travelling only and the tediousness in training only, but also can explore the tourists'potential and promote their overall quality and it pocesses great market potential. The Out Bound tour product aimed at the adolesent is of great theoretical and practical significance in that if not only can enrich the adolesents'leisure time, enhance their mental and physical development, meet with the demand of the individualized tourism, and also promote the development of the Out Bound tourism market.There are rich Out Bound tourism resources in the Chang-zhu-Tan citizens here have relatively strong consumptive ability and idea on recreation ,and what's more media here are well developed, which constitute the advantages of developing the adolescents Out Bound tourism market. But there also exist many problems as follows Fristly in its supply, the training effect is not olvious. Because the adolesent is not old enough and mature enough for the training. The product development is not satisfactory and there is few famous brand due to low profit and the safty problem. Its propagandization is not adequate and its staff are not well-trained.Which weakens the degree of satisfaction.And a part of the Out Bound tourism bases are old and shabby with potential safty problems. Secondly, in its demand, the adolescent is not independent in economical capability so their purchase decision would follow the teachers'and the parents'. But schools usually restrict their outdoor tour due to safty problems .And parents tend not to spend much on their children's tour due to the lack of information about it Lastly, in its related guarantee, the law and regulation still needs improvement and there is not adequate effective supervision by the government .Facing up to the above problems ,this paper proposes that the development of the adolescent's O.B.tourism marketing in the CZT zone should be focused on development strategy selecting and guarantee system building. As to development strategy, proper product strategy should be adopted and positive image should be set up based on marketing theory. Combine advertising, public relationship sales extension and sales promotion by adopting proper promotion strategy. Flexible price strategy should be employed and should be divected toward expanding the consumer market. And proper channel strategy should be selected. As to guarantee measures, we should seek regulation and administritive support from the government, exert ourselves to the training of professional talents and be aware of environmental protection.
