With the viewpoint of project management, the paper analysis the status of the development of CRM in communication serving company, analysis the competition conditions faced as communication serving company and analysis the recent statuses of communication network markets. And the paper expounds the meanings of CRM, the commonly functions in corporations and establish of CRM system, also the significations to corporations at large, the active result of the combining of CRM and project management in communication serving company. At the same time, the paper discusses the postulates and the attendant problems to make the CRM succeeding in communication serving company, and the paper orders the ranks of customer groups according to the different requirement to communication services for the extended customer groups.With comparing the traditional management mode to the CRM management mode in the communication network big customer projects, the paper also expounds the important functions of the expansions in the communication network big customer projects by CRM. At one time, the paper expatiates the importance of setting up some kinds of basic database and the correlative management systems and the quick response systems to fulfilling the demands of kinds of communication service for the big customer groups. Moreover, the paper sorts the communication project by scale, after expounding the mode of the great communication project and the different kinds of traditional big customer communication project, the paper expatiates the management system in CRM of the big customer project before sell and the supervisory system on sell, furthermore the paper studies a suit of CRM serving system in the big customer communication project after sell. We believe the CRM will bring into play the more important actions in developing communicate serving markets in future.
