Analysis Of Endogenous Growth Mechanism Characteristics Of Small And Medium-sized Science And Technology Enterprises From The Perspective Of Bionics

Small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises have greatly contributed to the growing of the national economy and social development, but their "short-lived" are a cause for concern. How to make Chinese small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises to be health is the purpose of this paper.The two reasons of affecting the development of enterprises are the endogenous growth mechanisms and exogenous growth mechanism. This paper focuses on finding the key impacts of endogenous factors in the process of enterprises, and the extent of the impact of the endogenous growth on different stages of the enterprises.First of all, the paper delineates the stages of enterprise growth with the principle of bionics, and analysis the growth characteristics of the enterprise with the characteristics of life.To the life characteristics, Enterprises will be divided into Founder stage (incubation period, the infant), the growth stage (childhood, adolescence), the mature stage (prime time), recession stage (senile) and the second pioneering stage.Using the form of the questionnaire surveys the sample enterprise data, gets the key factors of influencing the growth of the enterprise, and identifies the endogenous growth mechanism factors of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises.
