With the development of science and technology, and progresses of society, theories which were suit for development of economy and production before, e eliminated, and new theories appear and grow under the new historical conditions. With the transfer from a seller's to a buyer's market, theories which were suit for seller's market has not been suit for buyer's market now, and Customer Satisfaction Theory was born. Many scholars deem that customers are satisfaction or not impact the buying action of customers, and everybody knows that frequencies of customers'purchase influence profits of companies, so companies should take advantages of positive affection of Customer Satisfaction to improve companies'profits.Customer Satisfaction Theory originates western countries, and gets development in many countries, and many of them have developed Customer Satisfaction Theory which is suit for their own conditions. Attention is concentrated on Customer Satisfaction, which is measure theory of Customer Satisfaction and practical research on Customer Satisfaction Degree of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet. The paper begins with brief research background of Customer Satisfaction Degree and purchase on internet, and point out the object and meaning of the research, and does a summary to theories in other countries and Chinese, and then presents correspond to theories Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction Degree. Then the paper focuses on models of Customer Satisfaction Degree of each country, and their common points and differences, then in line with actual conditions of students in Universities Purchasing on Internet, constructs the theory model of Customer Satisfaction Degree of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet, factors hypothesis model of Customer Satisfaction Degree of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet and Customer Satisfaction Degree Index System. The sequent one is the key part of the paper, which is practical part. During this part , designed a questionnaire in accordance with Customer Satisfaction Degree Model of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet, investigated in HIT random, then deal and analyses data, established affected factors of Customer Satisfaction Degree of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet, and current Customer Satisfaction Degree of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet, and analyses action of Customer Satisfaction Degree Model of Students in Universities Purchasing on Internet. Finally, got conclusions of the paper, gave several suggestions to shopping nets according to conclusions, do a summary to creations and limitations of paper.
