In the 21st century, with the rapid development of economic globalization, scientific innovation and technological revolution, international competition becomes more fierce. As a kind of management theory and method, the corporate culture is given great concentration by more and more domestic and foreign enterprises and theorists. The abstract and good corporate culture connotation does not exist in the enterprises, nor does the culture of "overcoming enemies". Only when corporate culture always adapts to environment, can enterprises transfer all system cells to adapt to the changing environment, thus to maintain and innovate the operating Performance. In other words, the enterprise culture, which is closely linked to permanently high achievements, is able to adapt to the operating environment and changing life cycle.Firstly, this article analyzes and summarizes the research results, whilst it evaluates the domestic and foreign theories on corporate culture. Secondly, through elaborating the theories of corporate culture and life cycle, this article furthers to study the relationship between life cycle and corporate culture and put forward the basis based on the theory of enterprise life cycle. Then, this article analyzes the interaction mechanism between the life cycle and corporate culture and constructs the basic characteristics and requirements of corporate culture adapting to the different stages of enterprise life cycle. Finally, this article analyzes the case on the reconstruction of corporate culture in Daqing oilfield enterprises. In the process of specifically discussion, this article persists the viewpoint of development, combine qualitative analysis into quantitative analysis, examines the Daqing oilfield in the building of enterprise culture status using objective standards and open-eyes, grasp the true reality gap, seize and solve the crux of the problem in the building process of Daqing oilfield corporate culture and raise the principles, contents and specific proposals and solutions in the reconstruction of corporate culture to promote and mode the quality corporate culture.
