Manufacturing occupies the important position in the national economy, and The business enterprise field and academic circles is more and more attaching importance to the position of manufacturing-function in total strategy of manufacturing enterprise.Especially as long as various forerunner manufacturing technique and management technique emergence, manufacturing-function is thought a very emollient weapon to win the competitive advantage for enterprise.So more and more academicians study manufacturing strategy in the field of produce and operate the management.Competitive priorities the important part of manufacturing strategy was put forward in 1969 and many academicians were interested in it. Competitive priorities is very important in technique application, process choice, ability management, manufacturing plan and quality control. Along with the society, science and technology especially technical development of information, the kinds of elements of competitive priorities are changing. Skinner described four kinds of main elements of competitive priorities: price, quality, flexibility, delivery. After that researchers added other two elements: innovation and service.However, manufacturing strategy is different in different vocations and different countries, and the competitive priorities are also different. The various environment conditions come to a decision that different enterprise has different competitive priorities combination. So different enterprises in different vocations and different countries have to choose different competitive priorities combination to increase or keep its core competencies.This paper will analyze the four time database of IMSS by statistical method from to make a contrast analysis between different vocations and between different countries which have different competitive priorities in international manufacturing industry. This paper will also analyze how the competitive priorities combination changes along with time in different vocations and different countries.
