With the increase in the number of enterprise groups and the stretch of industry chains, the manage and control of internal process is becoming more and more important, which has attracted the attention of business and theory circles, and comes to lots of research findings. Guided by corporation production management theory and process control theory, this article selects a key one in group internal processes—production process as research object, and makes systemic researches on the performance assessment system of enterprise group internal production process. Then corresponding practice-oriented Countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. The products of this article are useful exploring of enriching enterprise performance assessment theory.The key components of this article read as follows:Summarization of the production process management. The first and second chapter of this article explain the purpose and meaning of this research. Based on a commentary of research literature, first, it expounds the organization characters of enterprise group internal production process; then turns to the manage styles, including competition-based incompact management, control-based centralized management, act. That's to say, clarifies the research object of this article further.Issue perspective of the empirical study. The third chapter of this article, based on review the relevant theoretical research results, reveals these issues, such as the rationality of performance assessment index in production process, the impartiality of performance in upriver and downriver enterprises, the authority of group strategy-based assessment, act, and analyses the causation from economy.Construction of index system for production process of performance evaluation. The fourth chapter of this article expatiates on the theoretical basis, tells the basis, style and model of index system ,and then give the explain, calculation about the model. The theoretical framework of the production process performance assessment index system will be set up accordinglyConstruction of supportive system based on index system assessment. The fifth chapter of the article mainly dissertates that, correct exertion of performance assessment index system needs corresponding supportive system as guarantee, which includes assessing system design, assessing organization design, assessing information mechanism based on index system. At the same time, it expatiates on the intension and components of the supportive system, and the relation between these two systems, that's to emphasize the performance assessment system should be guaranteed by supportive system.Countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen group internal production process performance assessment. Based on the above empirical observations and theoretical analysis, the sixth chapter of this article puts forward several Countermeasures to production process performance assessment, such as intensify the new thought of performance management, change the tradition concept that assess in order to assess; improve the ability to manage and control internal process by reinstalling the index system; reinforce the construction of performance assessment supportive system to ensure it would operate normally; use PDCA circle correctly, promote the improvement of performance assessment system continuously.
