Under the backgrounds of new economic era and economic globalization,the characteristics of international tourist market is that the market scale is increasing, developing speed is speeding up,and especially trans-continental tourist.By the end of 2006,tourist number to China is 22.21 million person times,up 9.7%over the previous year.International tourist foreign exchange earnings in China are 33.949 billion dollars,up 15.9%over the previous year.The trans-national and traps-regional cooperation of tourist enterprise is the inevitable choice of the travel market competition.Strategic alliance become the important strategy of tourist enterprise expand and exploit world market,and e-commerce apply widely in tourist industry,it has offered the technological means for setting up strategic alliance between the tourist enterprises.Just under such a background,the text think that our country set up and perfect tourist enterprise international e-commerce strategic alliance,develop tourism international e-commerce together,form trans-regional and trans-border travel network,achieve the union of marketing resource and tourist service resource,and it makes the further development of China and other countries and regions tourist cooperation,and exploit the world tourist market.The paper first has carried out all-round description on international tourism e-commerce and strategy alliance related theories,has summed up definition of tourist enterprise international e-commerce strategic alliance:two or many tourist enterprises at home and abroad in order to own a marketplace commonly,formed cooperation form that risk is carried together,key element flows two-way or multiway.And,the paper from value chain theory analyses further to the tourist enterprise international e-commerce strategic alliance.Moreover,it discusses the simulative effect of tourist enterprise international e-commerce strategic alliance on tour service trade from the view of economics.According to imperfect of tourist enterprise international e-commerce strategic alliance,this paper presents to improve and perfect the cooperative mechanism,to accelerate informatization construction and to promote the level of e-commerce platform. To expect to be able to play a certain directive function to development of our country tour service trade.
