Research On Internationalization Model Of Chinese Enterprises

Since 80's in 20century, tidal wave of economy globalization has sweeping each country of the world. Internationalization is more important than before to enterprises. It is an inevitable trend that the enterprises walk to the road of internationalization. The enterprises of our country not only need to attract foreign direct investment, but also need to operate overseas actively, to make better use of the oversea market and resources. Huawei is one of the successful enterprises in internationalization in China. It is famous for its special internationalization mode, which carry out internationalization operation successfully with the way of independence innovation. The special internationalization mode of Huawei has provided a new way for Chinese enterprises and praised by academe and enterprise field.My research is on the background of economy globalization, elaborating the effect of economy globalization to enterprises. Based on the analysis and compare of the theory of developed countries enterprises internationalization theory and developing countries enterprises internationalization, summarize an analytical model. We use this analytical model to discuss Huawei's internationalization model successfully which would be reference to Chinese enterprise. This model is not only useful to enterprises in developed countries and developing countries, but also useful to manufacturing and high-tech enterprises. This model analyzes enterprises internationalization through intrinsic factor and exterior factor. When the enterprises have compare advantage and good exterior environment, it will operate internationally. In other words, enterprise will operate internationally on the common effect of intrinsic factor and exterior factor. Finally, in order to promote internationalization for Chinese enterprise, I try to make some contributions to Chinese enterprise, as well as to Chinese government.
