Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Relationship Lending Analysis On Guangdong Yunfu's Stone Industry

In the process of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) development,financial restraint become an important constrained factor.The fundamental reason to financial restraint is the asymmetric information between banks and SMEs.As a new lending,Relationship lending can reduce the asymmetry information effectively through the soft information transmission,so as to ease the financial restraint of SMEs effectively.Yunfu City of Guangdong belongs backward areas.As its pillar industries,the stone industry exists a serious problem of asymmetric information between banks because of lack of transparency in financial information and other reasons.The low mobility of the population to the backward areas and the attention to the credit provided a good development to the relationship lending in this areas.Through the questionnaire and interview,we know the scale of stone industry,business owner's knowledge level,the commonly used means of financing and the relationship between banks and the enterprises.Based on these information,we analysis the Yunfu's stone industry relationship lending between bank and the SMEs:On the one hand,we analysis the Yunfu Stone industry SMEs development features,business owner's cultural values and the specific financing by statistical methods.On the other hand,we verify the assumptions which we assume at the beginning,And we construct a bank-enterprise relationship model by the linear regression,so as to analysis the major impacting factor for the relationship lending.And we select a typical SMEs financing situation of Guangdong region to contrast with it,so as to a useful exploration.
