Information economy is the main direction of economic developing in the future, it plays important role to improve the structure of industry and increase the power of taking part in international competition. E-commerce is one of the most active elements in the information economy. E-commerce has developed much under the hard working of government,enterprises and self-person. It appears many successful website, but more website has set up, and then disappeared in the big internet.The thesis in order to promote E-commerce's healthy developing, analyzes the period and current situation of E-commerce, and inspects the big environment and current situation of e-commerce industry chain. The rate of internet penetration in the world has increased quickly; some e-commerce's earning modes has been innovated. Virtual runnings, web-platform, traditional economy joins the internet are all get initially developed and applied. Cargo express, payment on line have come true. There formed parts of industry chain, there are problems existing in E-commerce. such as repeat, to copy the success website induce vicious competition; or E-commerce industry chain states low and part condition; internet companies have met financing difficulty, because of lack of money the industry can't be switched on. The level of industry integration is low; innovations in modes and field are shortcut, the problem of information technology and transaction safe still limits consumers'action; and the ethical problem in the internet and so on.After study on these problems, according to the regularity of development of industry chain and e-commerce appliance, the author use industry chain to analyze the problem of e-commerce appliance. The full text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter is introduction. It indicates the background to choose e-commerce as the topic, the main viewpoints, and propose of researching e-commerce. Internet technology has developed fast E-commerce promotes industries transform in different countries. The enterprise applies e-commerce to construct industry chain in the world wide. The theme use industry chain to research e-commerce, find the train of thought to solve the existing problem. The author has summarized theory about e-commerce and industry chain and made clear researching train thought and method. In the end, it indicates the innovation and shortage of the thesis. The second chapter regulates some concepts in the thesis. It indicates the relationship of traditional economy and internet economy. Internet economy reconstruct traditional economy, at the same time, internet economy can't depart with traditional economy, and concludes theories about e-commerce and industry chain which was used in the follow chapters.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of e-commerce, and then points out the problem existing in the development of e-commerce. The fourth chapter systematically analyze where e-commerce states in the industry chain. It includes innovation to the enterprise's running ways, organizing way, marketing way according to Michael. E.Porter's value chain theory. E-commerce is applied in industry chain; provide condition to set up virtual running, IT service outsourcing and industries connection. It is good to form competition superiority for the enterprise's industry chain, and it provide train thought for solving the problem existing in the e-commerce. E-commerce has the function to integrate information resource, the new intermediary has appeared. It indicates specialization and deeply integration in industries is the future tendency and the mode to make decision about whether join e-commerce. It discusses the end objection to satisfy consumers'demand, and get conclusion that it is necessary extend the industry chain to consumer, and create more rest valuation for consumer than before.The fifth chapter chose Alibaba and Chinese consumer guide as cases to analyze its good and bad. The final chapter aims directly at the current situation and problem existing in e-commerce and raise policies and suggestions for government, enterprises and consumers.E-commerce should be understand as tools; the key is to apply in the industry chain, so it is benefit to bring new ideas about business mode, carry forward country's information construction and upgrade industry structure.
