A Study On Relationship Of Work-family Conflict And Job Satisfaction Of Staff In Small Nongovernmental Company

In American , the product of small company make up 51% of the gross national product ,their sales volume take 47% of the gross national sales volume. Nowadays, there's almost 26 million small company in China, takes 97% of the national total company sum .This thesis is about the small nongovernmental company. The object of this article is to find out the following points : First, whether theories about work family conflict(WFC) from the west suit to small nongovernmental company in China. Is there any correlation between WFC and job satisfaction .Second, to find out what is the component of WFC on staff of China small nongovernmental company. Third, to find what cause the result from an individual study, which company is settled in Zhengzhou. Forth, to try to find a way to improve the staffs job satisfaction and reduce their WFC. There's more than twenty company joined in this invest. The individual company have about 30 staff there. It take more than half a year to know all detail of this company and try to do something to help them manage the situation .After the investment , we find that, first: Theories about WFC is not totally suit to staff of nongovernmental company in China. Second, there has negative correlation between job satisfaction and WFC. Third : The components of the WFC includes work-family time and pressure conflict,work-family behavior conflict,work family involve conflict,work pressure and family involve conflict and work-family time conflict .Forth, the family background of the owner will influence the way he conduct his company and so influents the WFC and job satisfaction of the staff.
