A Study On Urban Industrial Land Saving Use And Its Evaluation

The land is one of non-renewable resources, and the economical development has huge demand to the land. With the development of the urbanization and industrialization of our country, and under the land resource supplies limited condition, it becomes the significant question related to the sustainable development that how to use the land resources as little as possible, and keep the economy, the society and the ecological benefits in a good situation as well. Currently, the rapid development and expansion of industrial land cause prominent contradictory between the urban development and construction use. It also makes the urban industrial land supply and demand tension. Therefore, the industrial land saving use seems to be an important way to solve this problem.This thesis studies the theories of urban land saving use, analyses the concepts between the land saving use and the intensive use. It also defines the concept of the urban industrial saving use and makes a good analysis to the related factors.According to the basic tenets of the urban land potentially expansion, the motive mechanism is constructed. This thesis analyses, in the industrial land saving use, the driving force of the industrial prices control, the income distribution, the planning and the layout of the industrial land on the urban industrial land saving use.In this paper, it constructs the indicator system of the urban industrial land saving use and determines five evaluation grades: saving use, low saving, normal use, luxury use and wasteful use. It firstly applies the artificial neural network method to urban industrial land saving use evaluation.This thesis evaluates the urban industrial land saving use of some pharmaceutical companies in Guiyang city with the method of similar indicators contrast and ANN, and make a comparison and certification to the evaluation result, which provides a basis to the urban land use macro-control measures and effective distribution of land resources for the municipal government of Guiyang City, land resources and urban planning departments.
