A Research On Pulling Effect Of Economic Globalization To Chinese Working Wage

With the developing of word economy, there are more and more evidences to the economic globalization. The globalization has became a main tide in China's economy developing. Going with the mass international investment and trade ,which was bring by the economic globalization, many changes has been in our society. The theme"whether our income can raise by the high wage of the foreign capital enterprise"is a more and more strong mutuality question with our everyday life.It's believed by the traditional theory that the wage gap might increases with the developing of market economy. And this theory can be proved in many nations'economic phylogeny. For the effects of wage and technologic spillovers the foreign investment might accelerate the developing of market economy. In the literature, we found that this effect didn't appear in every countries, some nations even got reverse circs. To our country, if the foreign investment can increase the wage gap is the focus of this paper.Using the official data, This paper has validated the effect of wage spillovers in China by regressive analysis which is main research method. And find that the foreign investment has spill the average wage of employee in China. Then, using the different area and industry official wage data, validated the existence of wage polarization effect , which bring by the foreign investment, in China.At last part of paper, aiming at wage polarization, we give the judgment of"affirming the wage gap and focus on secondary compensation". And give some good advices to the constructing of our harmonious society.
