As for any company, realization of sustainable growth is the matter which CEO longs for even in dreams. Experienced the reform and openning-up policy for more than 20 years to develop rapidly, very many companys started to face up with the growth dilemma.The scale promotion is no longer the attractive direction, very many companys fall into the scale uneconomical situation; More companys fall into the condition that the growth stagnates and can not find the direction and way of growth, which requests us to explore and research. on a series of problems of the value-created fountainhead and continual growth way of the company.Ma Yinglong, the pharmaceutical industry established early at 1582, has transformed into a state-owned drugs manufacture company after the foundatin of the nation. Since the reform and openning-up policy, this traditional company gradually revealed wearily in front of the market economy which changes with each new day. In 1995, Ma Yinglong welcomed a time significant favorable turn, has implemented the state-owned enterprise property right reform and introduced in the major stockholder -The National Treasure Peaceful Group.It has also taken the core management team.
