The Research Of Evaluation Method Of Transportation Social Equality

Nowadays the transportation system in Chinese cities is facing very much challenge that includes traffic congestion, emission pollutant, traffic accidents and other issues related to the mobility and accessibility. Those problems do mainly result from the contradiction of the increasing travel demand and limited road resource. Impartial society requires that the transportation offer the impartial service of the infrastructure construction and transportation to the member of the society. It makes every member can enjoy equal servitude and consume right. Owing to the impartial connotation and the classification, the distribution allocation of resources equity and road traffic development and service equity will be plot out in this text.The estimate of the equality to road traffic distribution allocation of resources mainly from the two aspects of land's using equity and the country macroscopic view of traffic distribution allocation of resources. Find out the road traffic and land utilization reaching one state of harmonious form the degree of satisfaction valuation method. By Ji ni modulus valuation method, macroscopic evaluate devotion and return of the east, middle, western part of the road traffic resource, finally bring forward the measure solving.The estimate of the area traffic developments and traffic services equality of our country mainly from the balance degree of the area traffic developments and traffic services. Using the valuation method of balance degree quantitatively estimate the equity of the transportation and service of our country, by analyzing the equity relationship with the actuality of traffic safety, traffic way, traffic holding and outing crowd. Finally analyze the factor of affecting equity, and give out the suggestion.
