Since the innovation and open of China, the development of infrastructure can't keep up the pace of economy growth. In order to guarantee the rapid and sustaining growth of economy, enough investment becomes a key solution. The imminence of enlarging investment in infrastructure and the limitation of traditional financing ways makes asset-backed securitization become a new feasible way to solve the problem of absence of capital in infrastructure.H company was an investment company in infrastructure field, now it has a financial problem on cash flow. Growing interest rate on loan makes it has been short of capital, so it aspires financing solution. This article gives it a new choice, with the asset-backed securities(ABS) financing based on the charges for passing fees in the future, infrastructure can play a uniquely beneficial role, and the paramount feature of it lies in funding out of debt list so that the retrieve of the funds will be assured.Five parts are demonstrated in this article. Part one: this part introduces the summarization of the whole article, which includes the circumstance of the research and development, the practical significance and the theoretic significance of the research, etc. Part two: introduces the principle of asset-backed securitization. Part three: this part introduces H company's background and the main problems to be confronted. Part four: this part mainly demonstrate show to design the plan of H company for the financing of securities and indigenization, which consists of the features of the basic assets and the analysis of the cash currency, the selection of SPV, the design of trading structure, the product design of securities, the necessity and the analysis for the feasibility of the financing of securities, etc. Part five: this part draws a final conclusion.
