A Study On Internal Control System Of Chongqing Drilling Engineering Corporation

Internal control system is a serial of methods, procedures, criterions and mesures to increase the efficiency and effect of modern corporate management, ensure the reasonability of financial report, and obey the national rules and other supervision regulations. With the development of national market economy, market competition becomes more and more vehement and internal control system plays a more and more important role in modern corporate governance, so it is very urgent for corporations to establish internal control system. It is the main issue to establish and bring into effect internal control about how toset up corporate governance system in accord with modern corporate rules, to design corporate structure and dividatur reasonably organization responsibility, to design the flowsheet of business activities, to consummate internal or external supervision mechanism and to assess the management risk, etc.The purpose of our study is to explore the methods about how to apply the basic principles of internal control to design internal control system of modern corporations in the process of management, in order to standardize corporate governance, increase economic benefit, realize sustainable development.In the penspective of corporate gorvernance and whole management, the thesis explores the internal control theory. Applying the exsisted investigation materials, the thesis analyzes current situation and major issues in internal control of Chongqing Drilling Engineering Corporation . The thesis also explores concrete action plan , projection design and safeguard mechanism of internal control combining the situation of Chongqing Drilling Engineering Corporation in order to guide the practice of internal control.
