The Study On The Effect Of Finance And Economics About Export Rebate Policy Adjustment Of China

The thesis introduces the meaning and characters of export rebate in the beginning of the thesis. It is reasonable, necessary and meaningful to rebate the export taxation. Then it introduces the history of export rebate in China and puts emphasis on the five adjustments of export rebate from 1994. It analyzes the characters of the export rebate policy and the problems in the export rebate system. In the meanwhile it gets the interrelated relationship between export rebate and export growth by studying the export data from 1985 to 2007.It comes to the point that the export will reduce more than a hundred million dollars if the export rebate reduces a hundred million Yuan. It takes measurements of the state finance effect on the lately export rebate policy adjustment in 2007 by the formulas. It calculates the new mean export rebate rate and the mean export development rate of XingJiang province in the new conditions of export rebate policy and gets the indexes of export number and reduction number of corporate income tax in the few years. So it is very easy to know the effect of adjustment on the economics and finance of XingJiang. It introduces the effect on the major export industry and their current situations. Then it offers the suggestions to deal with the adjustment in the end.
