Based on the principle of close connection of theory and practice, the writer spent almost one year in Fuzhou, Xiamen and Nanping of Fujian Province, to do a deep research on the Labour Despatch development, social security, service requirements, by questionnaire, and collect a lot of data. With the data collection, classification and analysis , I find Fujian Labour Despatch Corporations have some problems on finance, social security, tax, law and propagation.2. With the means of close connection of theory and practice, proposes that we shall combine the Labour Despatch policy support system, theory system, working guide system and practice, improve the labourer's quality, lower unemployment rate, promote employment and construct harmonious employment relation, to solve the existing problems in Fujian Labour Despatch corporations. Labour Despatch is an innovative employment way, under the law, standardize and improve the policy support system and itself. Labour Despatch can help to establish a harmonious employment relation, to protect rights and interests for both labourer and employer under this new type of recruitment.Expect that this study will provide some helps for solving existing problems in labour despatch service enterprises and Labour Despatch regularization.
