This dissertation, on the basis of the theory of modern effective economic organization,chiefly and deeply discusses domestic channels and franchisers in Appliance Industry through the analysis from macro-environment to enterprise organization, accordingly provides different resolution for different organizations,and tries to share some kinds of commercial models,practices and theories with them. Gaining the published and the off-the-record information through the Internet,the CNKI,professional market survey agencies,interview and observation, and related literature,the dissertation makes an elaborate illustration in eight aspects by dint of market analysis tools and related theory supports. The dissertation especially places an considerable emphasis on the international competition between channels and franchisers in Appliance Industry,and the Information Age. As well,the dissertation makes some respective and comparison analysis among international multiple store model,domestic multiple store model and traditional channels. In this perspective, some conclusions and resolutions are given to the electrical channels and franchisers,and a new model of Value Chain of Electrical Appliance Industry is proposed. A new conception that is"Channel is Product"is put forward; therefore, the traditional analysis methods of channel are updated. In the end,this dissertation comes up with some practical innovation of organization frame for related channels and franchisers.
