The annual growth of gross domestic product exceeds 11%. The security market increases in leap-type too. The total market value of listed companies explosively rises from 3,371,100 million yuan to 40,086,400 million yuan, nearly 12 times of amount of the increase. Circulate market value rises to 9,055,700 million yuan from 1,091,900 million yuan, rising nearly 9 times. The price of international and domestic grain goes up fast. That has driven the rise of the price of downstream food in recent years. CPI index soars successively since 2007. Agricultural listed companies represent advanced agricultural productivity organization at present in China. What if they manage the performance? Whether to catch this rare historical opportunity or not and get tremendous development during the prosperous cycle of this economy? The thesis describes basic state of the companies after analyzing the domestic and international researches. It adopts principal components analysis in SPSS statistical analysis software and evaluates the performance of the companies through setting up the agricultural dynamic appraisal model of performance of the companies. And compare it with achievement of the companies of their upstream and downstream to research the situation and competitiveness of the agricultural listed companies The thesis puts forward the countermeasure and suggestion of the companies'steady development.
