Implementation And Application Of Microsoft ERP NAV System In An Electronic Manufacture Enterprise

ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is a management information system based on the modern Information Technique(IT), it offers an overall planning and a strict controlling of the resources in the enterprise with the aim to boost the competition ability of the enterprise. This thesis started with the concept and the core of ERP and BPR/BPM, discussed the relationship between ERP and BPR/BPM, and then the difference between BPR and BPI is discussed. Finally, on the basis of the analysis of successfully implementing the Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP) system in the R Group China Ltd., we get the conclusion that the integration of ERP and BPI is effective.
