Research On Venture Capital System Of Shaanxi Province

Under the background of knowledge economy and the globalization of world economy, the progress of science and technology has become more and more important.High-tech industry as an important force that promote scientific and technological progress has gradually become the pillar of the national economy and the engine of economy growthing. Venture Capital as a new arrangement of the financial system has effectively promoted the development of high-tech industries though the way of financial, management, financial analysis and ect.It is the incubator of high-tech industries. The United States and other Western developed countries has made remarkable success in the Venture Capital, and actively promoted the economy development and technological innovation, also enhanced general international competitiveness. Shaanxi Province has rich resources of science and technology, but the level of venture capital is still relatively backward compared with the developed areas.It is because Shaanxi Province doesn't have an effective system for Venture Capital. Domestic and foreign experience shows that a sound system of venture capital is the necessary condition for a virtuous circle.This article will focus on building an effective system of venture capital for Shaanxi Province.The article will take the way of normative analysis and empirical analysis. First ,analyze the theory of Venture Capital.Then compared Shaanxi with other province though comparative analysis and summed up the present situation of venture capital in Shaanxi and find out the problem.Under this we give a model to analysis the factors that has an effect on the develop of Shaanxi Venture Capital. Finally with the results of the analysis and practical, give some advices for building the system of venture capital for Shaanxi Province.The financial storm has brought some impact to our country's economy, but it also provided us new opportunities and challenges. In the current circumstances, the most effective way to deal with financial crisis is enhancing the economic strength,but the key to increase the economic strength is increasing innovation investment and enhancing innovation capability.In the process of Venture capital system construction,we should enhance the publicity and the awareness of venture capita , broad the channels of capital, clear exit channels of venture capital. Second, we should increase R&D investment, accelerate the pace of independent innovation,set up a variety of preferential policies to support venture capital, set up a sound system of intermediary services.Third, pay attention to cultivate and retain talent,establish an effective incentive and restraint mechanism.If we do like this , we can promote the rapid development of venture capital,and promote economic development, enhance the competitiveness of our province.
