Along with the growth of China's economy, small home appliances in China in recent years are increasing at high speed annually, moreover, under the background of global financial crisis and economic slowdown, small home appliances are still developing in domestic appliance industry, due to high-speed development, more and more home appliance enterprises pay attention to small home appliances, so that small home appliance market competition is more intense, wherein as western-style small home appliances are intended to improve life quality, market demand is changing constantly, the competition is intense, product life cycle is short, product upgrading is fast, and both domestic sale and oversea sale have great difference in the aspects of market environment, style and consumption idea, therefore, making a good product planning has become the key of enterprise development.Based on the Xinbao company as an example, through a lot of market research, perform systematic analysis of domestic small home appliance market from the view of optimizing product planning of Xinbao company, and also optimize product strategy of current Xinbao company basing on the actual status, so as to make up the situation that the development of small home appliances is further restricted due to the problem of product planning, through the study of small home appliance, one side, the market competition of small home appliance enterprise in china is to be investigated , On the other side, it will provide scientific practice guidance for the development direction of the Xinbao company by improving product planning.First to introduce the research background and significance of this abstract: previously the Xinbao company mainly acted as an OEM, and was unfamiliar to the development situation of domestic appliances, market demand, and consumer demand for products, simultaneously due to various factors such as small home appliance market competition, the changing needs of the increase competition, and shorter product life cycles and quicker product update, Xinbao company needs to make deep and thorough market investigation so as to make a good product planning, thereby providing favorable competition resources.Next to analyze small home appliance market situation and market capacity, realize the development opportunity of Xinbao company in small home appliance market, and then perform detailed investigation of market demand, market competition and development.
