The Chinese Private Economic's External Environment Studies

This year is the reform and opening up to the outside word 30th anniversary. In recent three decades, private economy has already become the important power which sustains and promotes economic growth, the development of private economy is being taken more seriously. According to associated documents about private economy, it describes the complicated process and gives a system analysis on the main external circumstances of private economic development, and put forward the suggestion which promotes private economic development. As the importance of private economy is further upgraded, the protection and the support of private economy is further strengthened by our nation. But there are some wrong viewpoints and some negative factors about private economic development still exist. This article takes a case which Putian government encourages the civil capital to develop its local economy for example. As the private economic development based on the external environment problems and the protections, and finally hopes these discussions could provide something useful for our policy on private economic development.
