After the 1980s, China carried out reform and opening-up in 1978, and in December 2001 to join WTO, completely into the world economy. However, this not only created a favorable international economic environment, but also encountered in Chinese banking industry brought about by the economic opening up opportunities and challenges. On the one hand, in the 20th century, global economic integration, international banks and multinational corporations in transnational led the development of cross-border banking has become the mainstay of the world's financial activity. On the other hand, China's December 2006 introduction of People's Republic of China Regulations on the Management of foreign banks", which means that the end of the Chinese five-year transition period, followed by the banking sector should be fully opened. Therefore, the economic opening of China's banking sector under the conditions of the situation facing the study has important practical significance. In addition to the first part of article for the preface easy to sort out the relevant literature, the four aspects of this article were carried out from the argument.First, the development of China's banking sector had a brief review of the status quo. After the Third Plenary Session of China promote the development of progress, persist in promoting economic reform and opening up and construction market in order to promote economic development. After 2003, the banking sector not only to deepen its reform and opening up the expansion of the banking sector, on the one hand, enhance the competitiveness of Chinese banks, on the other hand, the use of substantial efforts to expand the opening up of the introduction of foreign banks. Through all these means greatly accelerated the reform process of China's banking sector, and its a great achievement. The article put the development of China's banking sector's external history from 1980 to 1993, 1994 ~ 2001 and 2002 has been reviewed in three stages. It is undeniable that many of China's banking industry at the level of a sound banking system, changes in business model, financial innovation and regulatory systems to achieve some results. But at the same time, there are some problems also, such as regional development imbalances, lack of global macro-planning, financial capital and industrial capital is insufficient to integrate the development of new technology development and application of hysteresis, the banks lack of external support in multinational operations and bank management personnel shortage problem.Secondly, the Chinese banking sector on the need for multinational operations on a simple comb line. At the easy to demonstrate from the theory, the review of China's banking sector an overview of multinational operations. From early in the early 20th century to Shanxi China's banking sector, as represented by international operations to the current set up the Chinese banking branches around the world, marketing network and customer groups, see China's banking sector have taken place in the transnational business tremendous changes. At the same time, economic globalization, the development of the global financial markets as well as China's banking sector "going out" to provide a better opportunity, and because of foreign banks into the domestic competition and the formation of transnational business of domestic enterprises of their way to create a good conditions, therefore, China's banking sector multinational operations are necessary and feasible.Third, the analysis of foreign banks into the impact of China's banking sector. In recent years, some of the world's well-known foreign banks such as the International Finance Corporation, HSBC, Citibank, Hang Seng Bank, have taken to enter the Chinese financial market, making more than domestic banks, such as the ownership structure has changed. Foreign banks to take equity participation in many banks to enter China's financial markets, and its shares object to the state-owned commercial banks, joint-stock banks and city emerging commercial banks mainly, at the same time follow the "from coastal areas and central cities and surrounding areas to the mainland development" strategic layout. The involvement of foreign banks to improve capital adequacy ratio of banks, improve the overall operating efficiency of banks, and on this basis in reshaping the financial system. However, the banking sector also increased the risk of micro-business, but also the macro-operation of the banking industry has had a problem such as uneven development. Fourth, in order to be able to make our country healthy development of the banking industry in the future, from the government level and the enterprise level to the relevant policy recommendations. If the Government want a sound system of commercial banks, improve the regulatory mechanism of commercial banks, and enterprises should also strengthen their ability to innovate and at the same time the attention of key personnel to develop and strengthen the internal risk control.
