Anatomy and Control Method of Project Cost This thesis takes Hongyun Group Wulanhaote cigarette factory's moving technical reconstruct project as an example,in allusion to the working status of project cost management, anlysis the reason of the increasing of project cost, put forward process, principle and control method of project management, combined with the specific circumstances of the project against the cost of the project management model.Cost management is the floorboard of anagement work for corporation to reduce the product cost, including the plan, control and anlysis of cost. Over the years the cost management systems in our contury are formed under the planned economic system, the characteristic is to insist full-cost method, a unified control costs.
