Supply Chain Alliance as a new business cooperation mode is a kind of contractual relationship composed of a number of independent economic entities to achieve the effective integration of resources and to have complementary advantages among them.This contractual relationship is both competitive and cooperative.In the fierce market environment nowadays,a stable alliance will enable members to resolve conflicts and achieve synergistic effect,to promote mutual learning among all the participants and enhance their skills,to better respond to market unrest and uncertainty,thereby gaining greater competitive advantages.A stable Supply Chain Alliance can make the members cohere around common objectives,and bring them advantages through reciprocity and mutual benefit,risk-sharing and information-sharing. However,due to existence of individual differences and competitive factors,the cooperation of Supply Chain Alliance is always conditional,dynamic,and full of uncertainty.Therefore,the stability of Supply Chain Alliance is an important issue.The purpose of this paper is to study the stability of Supply Chain AllianceThis paper will first analysis of the inside and outside impact of the supply chain stability. And then put forward the measure to promote the stability of Supply Chain Alliance in view of the different situations of each stages of the cooperation of Supply Chain Alliance.A reasonable profit-sharing mechanism is very crucial for Supply Chain Alliance's stability. Finally,this paper will apply Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model and Asymmetric Nash Bargaining Solution to analyze profit-sharing mechanism of Supply Chain Alliance according.
