The BCSC had put forward a higher request to capital to operational risk management of the banking- distributing capital. Based on the present condition and localization to the research of operational risk of domestic commercial banks, the thesis tries to analyze operational risk management by the theory of information asymmetry, and put forward a valid way to work out the operational risk at present stage, integrating productions of domestic and international experts and scholars.Three parts are included in this thesis. First, we introduce background and meaning of this thesis. Second, we analyze the relationship between information asymmetry and operational risk management proved by demonstration, and put forward a quite solution to information asymmetry with establishing and making the route of the risk information delivering and reporting in effect. Third, we analyze the importance and necessity of operational risk information delivering and reporting in detail, from corporate governance, interior control, organization system of operational risk management and information management system.Compared to western countries, the operational risk management and control has large difference and still concentrates on simple analysis. This study suggested that it is necessary to solve information asymmetry really existing in the commercial banks.
