In recent years, electronics and information technology industry has developed into "the foundational, precursory and strategic core industry of the national economy". Since 2006, exports of electronics and information technology products, especially the telecommunication equipments, have seen continuously growth. Local companies have accelerated their international expansion and the level of globalization has tremendously increased. However, competition in the global market increasingly intensified. In order to improve China's international competitiveness, we need to encourage Chinese companies to innovate; we should remove the barriers to the best utilization of talent, capital as well as system, increase accessibility of venture capitals and sustainability of industry growth. Therefore, it is of vital practical significance to discuss the financing for telecommunication equipment industry.This paper is a case study of the financing for telecommunication equipment industry. Internationalization. It use a case of a state-owned elecommunication equipment company, who comes up with the lack of capital within the development of International market. And the paper studies the financing model currently, bring forward personal point of view and tentative plan.The paper comprises two parts, while the first part is description of the case,the second part is analysis of the case. The description expounds the background, the business performance and the problem of the company. The analysis comprises five chapters. Firstly, it uses the theory of strategic management to analyses the reason of the Industry Internationalization. Secondly, according to the update financing principle and practice, it analyses the financing environment and the puzzle dom of the Co.. To settle the problem, it makes use of liability financing such as trade financing to add the working capital. Then it dicusses the Equity financing from the restructuring, which may solving the financial crisis and lead to IPO. In conclusion, it brings forward the financing prospect of the telecommunication equipment industry Internationalization.
