Sino-Korea Cooperation On The Development Of Circular Economy

Circular Economy essentially is a kind of ecology economy which is a practical model to promote sustainable development. Now it becomes a great system to promote sustainable development and resource conservation. Since China has established relationship with Korean in August 1992, she achieves a great development in politics, economics, and culture. Now circular economy and resource conservation which take both of the governments' attention have been the first topic. Developing circular economy to construct the society of resource conservation and the environment friendly can promote the economy as well as population, resources and environment.This article is based on such background, fist we find out the problems in Korean and China through analyzing their circular economy policies, and then we can learn the necessity and feasibility of the two country's cooperation, and propose the detailed plans on it. The research results and innovation are in the follows:First, this paper is based on the widely analysis of the Korean's circular economy policy and relevant materials, it points out some good experiences in the circular economy of Korean as well as some problems and compares with the circular economy policy of China which provide us with good methods.Second, using the methods of Comparative Analysis and Empirical Analysis to find the problems on Korean and China's circular economy problems, and make the feasible analysis on cooperation of China and Korean through the view of the place and the economy situation.Third, this article first divide the environmental factors which affect the cooperation of China and Korean into several big systems, such as policy factor, economy factor, technology factor and cultural element. Then Use questionnaires and expert survey to get the data, and analyze the data to get the grade evaluation of each factor. Then we'll obtain the total grade evaluation of the cooperation environment on circular economy.Finally, it proposed the principles and the concrete circular economic development strategy measures which according to the problems in current circular economic cooperation.
