The Study On The Foreign-Orientated Risk Prewention Mechanism Of Qingdao Foreign Trade Enterprise

With the fast growth of foreign trade in China, foreign trade enterprises are facing more and more risks. Qingdao, as an important economic and open city in eastern China, the foreign trade there indeed affects the whole economy increasingly. Keeping an eye on the development of the foreign trade in Qingdao, it is not hard to detect that the increase of volume of foreign trade and the risks and losses of foreign trade enterprises are coexisting. At present, the foreign trade enterprises are to be confronted with the problem that how to adapt to the new business environment and what is the feasible prevention mechanism. According to the practical situation of foreign trade in Qingdao, this paper gives an analysis of the kinds and causes of the risks and indicates that exchange rate risks, credit risks and national risks are the main risks. By another analysis of risk environment and the current situation and problems of risk prevention, we can infer that the environment is rather severe with the weak understanding and unsound mechanism. Additionally, this paper presents some specific measures to the establishing of risk management and specific precautionary measures as well. Finally, it also gives some suggestions about the governmental measures in risk prevention. As a whole, this paper shows us a rather comprehensive picture of the analysis of the foreign-orientated risk and investigates the establishing of the risk prevention mechanism from both macro and micro aspects.
