The enterprises need to turn the traditional competitions into a win-win result on the basis of cooperation, in the process of which the competitors will grow from individual operators to closely linked parts on the supply chain and allied organizations.The widest cooperation will be seen in the enterprises' general market behaviors. They aim to avoid vicious competitions, work out regulations for common compliance, share the market information, jointly influence the government's policy development, and have general communications. Judging from the trends of social development, the enterprises will develop characteristics that are not possessed by individuals after the formulation of a cooperative network. So, the individual enterprises' competitiveness is enhanced, and the whole industry's influences in the world economy as well as the competence to prevent risks are also improved. Therefore, it is of vital significance to study on the complex network of enterprise cooperation.The article, with the complex network of enterprise cooperation as the object, is devoted to the following contents: 1. Illustrate the historical evolvement of the complex network of enterprise cooperation, analyze the start-up, growing-up and maturing of the complex network of cooperation in agricultural society, pre-industrial society, post-industrial society and knowledge society, and then discusses the enterprise cooperation with the application of transaction cost theory.2. Studies on enterprise cooperation have been started long ago, and now it is the trendy to study on complex network of enterprise cooperation. However, few have analyzed the functional structure of this complex network. For the first time, the article offers a formal definition of the complex network, and expanded in detail the reasons for the development of such a complex network, reasons for its complexity, and special features of the complexity.3. Through the structural characteristics of the complex network for enterprise cooperation, it is found that the network has the small-world effect (jumbo amount of joints and clustering of cooperative relationship between joints), scale-free effect of joint connection, grouping effect of joint distribution and in-time effect of networks.4. Based on the structural characteristics of the complex network of enterprise cooperation, it studies on the functional features of the network structure, having found that network is characterized with robustness and frangibility at the same time in terms of risk prevention.
