The rural social security system is one of the necessary component parts of our whole social security system, but over a long period of time, it is all along in a frontier condition of the social security system. Quite a big part of the contents of the social security system doesn't take the entire rural population into consideration, the existence of such phenomenon is extremely unreasonable, which seriously hindered the further development of our economy . Also lead to illness caused by poor peasants, and other phenomena occur frequently the reason why. As a result, the establishment of a socialist market economy in rural areas, it is necessary to establish community-based rural social security system, China's peasant farmers, including Social Security old-age insurance, rural cooperative medical care and rural minimum living standard security system in three aspects. Establish and improve rural social security system in China is to resolve the "three rural" issue, promoting rural economic and social development, political stability and an important guarantee.
