So, selecting and implementing right technological innovation mode is necessary for continuous success.The health protection wine profession is a newly arisen industry with fast extending, the main mission technological innovation of this stage is to build a modern terrace by taking the life science technique and the medicine engineering technique, establish the predominance technology type of the health protection wine industry. JPH Company is the lead enterprise in Chinese current health care wine profession. The company wishes to consolidate its technology competitive advantage by technological innovation, holding tightly the opportunity from health care wine profession's growth and getting better development, in the meantime promoting this traditional manufacturing way in health protection wine integrate modern technology environment.This research aimed at establishing a useful practical method on technological innovation mode selecting. The thesis reviewed the innovation theory and practice, analyzed JPH's exterior environment and inner capability, pointed out the technological innovation mode combination in the coming 15 year for its health care wine business.
