With the end of protecting-period within WTO at the end of 2006, Chinese architecture design industry fully connects with international market, It is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How do architectural design enterprises adapt the changes; how to hold the opportunities and tackle the challenges; and how to adjust the strategy to enhance enterprise's core competitive ability, all of these are the important topics all architectural design enterprises faced with. As facing with sever market competition, it becomes more and more urgent to study company strategy management.Through discussing HHY's developmental strategy, this research tends to inquire Chinese architecture design industry's developmental strategy. This article based on theories of strategic management, knowledge management and service-marketing, using SWOT analysis method, analyzes HHY's interior and exterior environments, its opportunities and challenges, and its advantages and disadvantages. According to its final results and strategic goal, this research plans the system of strategic management as well as market enlarging strategic trail and business enlarging strategic trail. Through human resource management, knowledge management and service-marketing management to construct the core competition ability to complete the strategic goal of being a well-known architecture design company in China.
