Enterprises are people's undertaking; the corporate culture is a"human-oriented"management thought and method. People are the unity with irrationality and rationality. Such as enterprise's philosophy, enterprise's system, Enterprise's value, etc. are all rational factors; Enterprise's atmosphere, enterprises` will and enterprise's faith, etc. are irrational factors. For a long time, philosophers mainly focus on rationality not irrationality. The philosophers find irrational factors are not merely the understanding of people, thought, and to people's behavior, they have great influence on whole social life. Meanwhile, the research to the corporate culture is numerous, as to the irrational factor in understanding the activity, in the social historical activity, the research in the social work activity is numerous too, but there is little research regarding irrational factor in the corporate culture, so the irrational factor studied in the corporate culture is necessary. This text studies the irrational factor in the corporate culture from four parts:Part one, corporate culture and irrational factor. Study about the culture, corporate culture, the meaning, characteristic, function of rationality and irrationality.Part two, irrational factor in the corporate culture. Focus on and dissect the irrational factor such as enterprise's style, enterprise's will, enterprise's custom and enterprise's faith.Part three, irrational factors and entrepreneurs and enterprise staffs. In this part, author mainly probes into the peoples` influence on the forming of irrational factors.Part four, function and moulding of the irrational factor in the corporate culture. In this part, author probes into how the irrational factors play the positive roles in the development of enterprises, and the question that should be paid attention to while it moulds.
