With the impact of economic globalization, as well as the continuing escalation of the industrial structure of society,the need of talent competition for company is bound to rise to a new high,and high-tech enterprises are especially.Scientific and effective incentive mechanism to allow employees to play the best potential to create greater value,and the pay is a very important use of the most vulnerable,the most basic way to the pay system for scientific or not,directly affect the survival and development of enterprises.How to pay to play the best incentive effect of business in order to be able to attract and retain talented people to create an efficient,stable,and there is the combat effectiveness of the workforce,to achieve sustainable development,human resources management business is a very important work.Based on the different companies in the life cycle characteristics,learn from the advanced domestic and international human resources management,management salaries,incentives such as the theory of HS from the company's actual needs,through which enterprises in the industry,stage of development,knowledge structure,etc.Analysis,combined with the current pay system problems,in the spirit of "people-oriented" management philosophy,is designed for the enterprise set of scientific and rational enterprise in line with the actual stage of the remuneration package,as a practical incentive pay to play a role,as well as the situation is similar to other businesses pay system reform for reference.
