The Study Of Operations Management Of HongDing Electric Company Based On Assets Reorganization

The reorganization of assets is a big strategy by which a mature enterprise can integrate social resources, expand the scale of enterprise, adjust industrial structure and avoid market risks. Now, the reorganization of assets in or between enterprises emerges endlessly in China's socialist market economy. Yet, whether it can be successful after the reorganization is mainly determined by the strategy of operations management.In this thesis, combined with the actual conditions of HongDing electric company, the background and process of the reorganization are described using the theories and methods of assets reorganization and management of business operation, and, based on deep analysis of the conditions and problems in the company after the reorganization, the operation and management have primarily been studied. Then, five countermeasures and eight safeguards are put forward for the company. By using these measures and comparing with others this company has made up the deficits and got surpluses. The problems studied and measures put forward in this thesis can provide some useful lessons for corporation restructuring, and its operation and management followed-up.
