Private equity investment fund which have a great effect on the development of economy of China, a common sense, regard as important part of the financing and construction in the new era . But here are a lot of problems during the process of moving and developing of Private equity investment fund. Thirdly the paper inspected domestic private investment funds development process and focus on the analysis of the domestic private equity fund in the course of the operation of the existing problems.
