Socialism New Countryside Feminine Human Resources Harmonious Society Economic Growth

China is a large agricultural nation, where rural women account for over 70% of the entire female population. With the change of countryside production methods, women have occupied above 60% in the agricultural labor force. The rural women are playing more and more vital role in the agricultural and the rural economic development, and have become the backbone in agricultural production. Therefore, in the new rural construction process, it has been becoming more and more important for the development and utilization of female human resources. The female started to play the leading role in agricultural production activity and even the countryside community development. In Shandong Province new rural economy construction, feminine issue in the formulation and implementation of economic growth plan has become the key aspect of guaranteeing the local stability and developing rural economy. Therefore, it has certain practical significance to study the development and utilization of the female human resources for fundamentally improving labor force quality structure in the countryside and promoting the new rural construction and the construction of socialism harmonious society.In view of Shandong Province economic circumstance, and using economics, sociology, human capital study, history science, this thesis focuses on the utilization and development question of the countryside female human resources. And on the basis of inducting, summarizing and borrowing former studies and conclusions, the author has proposed some new theory viewpoint, and elaborated on the qualitative method. That is to say, with qualitative analysis as basis, the author tries to carry on the essential quantitative analysis to enhance the scientific, accuracy and operationability of the thesis.Countryside female labor force quality includes women's physical and psychological health as well as cultural condition. With the help of great amounts of accurate, reliable and novel statistical data, from theoretical and substantial evidence point of view, in five aspects, this thesis brought to light the inherent laws of how can female affect rural labor force quality and countryside agricultural production, and then influence economic growth. Based on this, this thesis raised the scientific and practical solutions and suggestions to promoting the new rural construction and to constructing the human-oriented socialism harmonious society.
