| Pharmaceutical industry is the most important industry that is related to the nation and people's lives, health and safety. And it is the most potential industry with the development of permanent high technology, high input, high efficiency and high risk. At the same time, medical products industry also grows with the highest increasing speed in the trade worldwide. Since 1980, the GDP (Gross Domestic Product) of Chinese medicine industry grew with a high-speed, which is much higher than Chinese GDP growth rate. The raw materials pharmacy is the basal product of Chinese medicine of which production value account for about 60 percent in the industrial structure in China. At present, there are only raw materials pharmaceutical can participate in international competition in China. With the constant improvement of market economy and the gradual subsection of the industry, third-party services get to rapid developments. In the 1990s, with the idea of third-party services coming into China, a large number of outsourcing production companies, together with outsourcing research and development companies and outsourcing testing companies were set up. They promote development of raw materials pharmacy industry in China, especially play a decisive role on aspect of exports in our country.Business of raw materials pharmacy industry is set as a research object in this paper and there are five chapters included. The first chapter introduces the background, meaning, methods of research, ideas and innovation, and it introduces the third-party service. Next, the second and third chapters analyze both the internal and external environment of raw materials pharmacy industries in details. As China has successfully entered into WTO (World Trade Organization), it made a great opportunity to the raw materials pharmacy industry. World's top 50 transnational medicine corporations almost have landed Chinese market and established stable bases. Raw materials pharmacy market will show a new situation facing with changes of the competitors, the competition rules, and the competitive environment. Then in the forth Chapter, SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) method is used to analyze internal and external opportunities of raw materials pharmacy enterprises in our country. Hereinto, the enterprise's advantages and external opportunities are strong conditions for Chinese API company going to international market, however, their own weaknesses and the external threats are shortage for the companies competing in international market. That is, it is necessary to fully rely on the internal advantages and use external opportunities, using the internal advantages to avoid external threats and external opportunities to conquer internal weaknesses, reducing internal weaknesses to avoid external threats. By these ways, the companies can find out the hidden dangers of raw materials pharmaceutical industry, such as, low technological technology, lack of ability to innovate with mainly to imitate the new medicines of other countries now, weak management level and quality consciousness . In such cases, it is very difficult for the quality and technical standards to achieve the level required by FDA (Food and Drug Administration), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and EDMF (European Drug Master File). And also, India is a strong competitor to us. Additional, the small number of products in export, which are most old traditional products, for example, heavy pollution and low added-value etc are also troubles. The writer put forward to advice in order to solve existent problem. SWOT analysis can help enterprises to gather resources and actions on their own strengths and the places with much opportunities. The fifth chapter indicates strategy to solve existent problem of raw material pharmacy industry in our country, that is, outsourcing. Outsourcing is an important opportunity for Chinese API entering into high-end value chain, and it can also speed up the pace of internationalization in pharmaceutical industry. In order to save costs as well as improve profits, a growing number of pharmaceutical companies treat outsourcing as one method of shortening the development cycle, and the quickest way for coming into the stock market. In the other aspect, "collaboration network" with outsourcing as the main content has also been viewed by a number of economic experts as an exclusive way to deal with the current low innovative status in pharmaceutical industry. That means, establishing a professional outsourcing market system has become a global trend.
