Study On Organization Understanding Networks Based On Complex Networks

Complex Network is a new subject in the area of Complex System research, any Complex System can be abstracted into networks which are constituted by reciprocity individual. Understanding Network is one kind of Complex Network, it is a relationship between people and others in the real society, in the process of metaboly and affectional intercommunion, this relationship comes into being and develops. It is a common network but has it own characteristic. With the Complex Network analyse method, study on organization members understanding and cognization relationship is theoretically meaningful. Not only research the form of network,changes of structure, conditions of restrict with people, but also emphasize people's comportment to the influence of network, meanwhile discuss the reasons that different organization character can bring different understanding Network.This paper acquire student organizations and enterprise organizations 20 groups 354 samples by investigate questionnaire, calculated every network measures by using quantity and nature analyse, and then discuss the reasons of discrepancy between groups. The results indicate: Organization Understanding Networks are Scale-Free Network, their degree distributing obey Power Distributing, Power numerical value are comparatively small; Organization Understanding Networks also are Small-World Network, their Clustering Coefficent are large and with small Average Path Length; Enterprise organizations have less assemble power than student organizations, because they do not have enough time and space for communion; Organization members'communicate ability, age, role in society, culture, character of organization, grade in dividing the work are all the factors that may influence the Organization Understanding Networks'structure and Understanding Degree.
