Sichuan Province's Development Processing Trade Situation And Countermeasures As Westward Shift In The Focus Of The Processing Trade

In today's world, international division of labor and production is the world economic development trend. Since reform and opening up, China's processing trade change from the beginning of the spark of reform and opening up to the development of the current situation. It is China's participation in international division of labor and production of the results. Since 1996, the processing trade in China's total import and export trade occupy a half. It played an important role in expanding exports and use of foreign investment, increasing employment and stimulating domestic economic growth. But so many years of the development of processing trade, China's processing trade mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas. Regional pattern of the past 10 years have no major changes in the economic development of the western region extremely detrimental. To the present, China's processing trade policy is gradually guiding processing trade to transfer from the eastern coastal areas to central and western gradient.This paper, under the support of the current national policy , study the development of processing trade in Sichuan Province on the specific situation and countermeasures research. Starting from the processing trade developments at home and abroad current situation of the Sichuan Provincial Foreign Trade and Development of the processing trade, and use of Comparative SWOT analysis method Sichuan development of the processing trade advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The results show that under the westward shift in the focus of the processing trade, vigorously developing the processing trade in Sichuan is feasible, an inevitable trend, Sichuan Province in human resources, and land is in a unique position in the state's preferential policies in support of the development of the processing trade which will promote economic Sichuan development. Finally, the article suggest how to properly carry out measures on the processing trade under the westward shift in the focus of the processing trade .Government in the processing trade plays an important role.:It is necessary to create a good business environment, helping enterprises find a suitable mode of trade, the development of export processing zones, and improve the regulatory system, industry and trade, improve efficiency and facilitate monitoring of the degree.
