Research On The Problems Of Financial Ecology In The Central Region

"Financial ecology" is a concept first from the report "perfecting legal system, improving financial ecosystem" which is reported by Zhou Xiaochuan who is the Governor of the People's Bank of China at "50 Economists Forum" in December 2004. Extending the concept and theory of ecology to the financial is conducive to have an essential analysis on a series of issues about sustainable survival and development of financial for researchers. Regional economic development can not work well without financial support, so the realization of rising in the central China must increase financial support and improve the conditions of financial ecology. Therefore, it has a great significance to inspect current status of financial ecology in China's central region from this new perspective and make some feasibility policy recommendations when China's strategy of rising of central region is implementing.First, this paper has discussed the financial ecology and the harmonious financial ecology general connotation and the standard. Proposed the financial ecology is refers in certain time and the spatial scope, between the financial system main body, the financial ecology main body with between the external environment as well as between the ecological environment various factors which relies on the close relation, affects mutually, forms through each kind of financial activity has certain structure characteristic, carries out certain function dynamical equilibrium system; Harmonious connotation including inner harmonious, fair, efficiency three aspects. Second, carries on the theory and the real diagnosis analysis to the relations between the financial ecology and the region economy growth, then has studied the financial risk from the financial ecological perspective, recognizing the financial ecology is the vital role to the growth of the central region economy. Third, from the financial ecology main body, the finance ecological environment and the financial ecology adjusts three aspects to analyze the financial ecology present situation in middle area and carries on the thorough analysis to its reason. Finally, this paper gives some policy recommendations on building a harmonious financial ecology and realizing the rising of central region.
