After resolving the problem which was along with the development of credit card, American credit card market achieved its outstanding boom. However, tremendous risks were increasingly accumulated during the course of rapid expansion in credit market of Korea and Taiwan, it finally leaded to the explosion of credit card risk.Thirdly, this thesis introduces the external risk, market risk, operating risk, and illegal exchange fraud risk, and the potential risk status analysis. This charter describes the current risk, and direct to the solutions.Last but not least, this thesis aims at exposed and potential risk status in domestic credit card industry, according to overseas experience and lesson, and writer understands to domestic credit card industry, give solutions by improving external environment, strengthening legislation, perfecting inspection and policy direction and increasing the risk control management of card issued bank.
